In 1973, starting with many types of hand flat Knitting machines such as Single bed, double set, terry towel,semi-jacquard, single auto jacquard, double auto jacquard, intarsia. Machines in this period thousands of units sold in the Indian markets. In 1993, a Big achievement in the industry of Ludhiana, vertex introduced first time mechanical driven flat knitting machine.It was a big success in the market and in circular knitting segment, knitting machines developed for medical purpose such as making of prosthetic sleeves and orthopedic related products.
In 2000, a fully automated mechanical driven flat knitting machine development by Vertex team and due to shortage of labourer, it was highly awaited by the industry.So it was also a big success for us. In 2003 Vertex developed the semi - computerized flat knitting machine which was controlled by micro-controller (model no.BS-100). Meanwhile, in circular knitting segment, big achievements gained to make medical purpose stockinette and cervical collar making machines.
In 2005, Vertex again achieved to introduced crochet knitting machine.Model No.VC-100 first time in India for making elastic . It was constructed with three tube only. In 2007, Vertex introduced the fully computerized flat knitting machine without jacquard and same year also improve our model for rochet knitting machine to produce laces and in circular knitting segment, machines achieved to make products related to cardiovascular operations.
In 2009 . We build the raschel knitting machine with width of 30 . this machines is especially designed for special laces.In 2012 Vertex team,achieved a new milestone in the making of flat knitting machine.We introduced fully computerized,semi-jacquard flat knitting machine Dj-100 to the market.
In 2014, Vertex also build machines for insulation purpose, machines specially designed to knit glasswool and rockwool. We developed crochet knitting machines for this purpose. The product of this machine is mainly used in automotive industry.
